Terry Conrad is Director of Project Clear Light, a not-for-profit prison out-reach organization for Buddhist teachings and practices. He was the first Buddhist Certified Volunteer Chaplains Assistant in the Texas prison system. He sponsors prison dharma study groups, holds retreats, and co-ordinates correspondence courses in the Lojong and ethics at no cost to incarcerates. He has written several booklets that are available to incarcerates at no cost. Terry has been a student of the Buddha Dharma for over six decades. He has studied with teachers in the Zen, Theravadan, and Tibetan traditions and has done extensive teacher lead and individual retreats and pilgrimages. He lives and works in Galveston, TX.
